The first time I had Rosti was in 2006 when my wife and I visited our daughter who was working near Lausanne. Wonderful memories of great mountain hike, finding this little restaurant as we came to the summit. We enjoyed Rosti, sausage and beer, surrounded by the most beautiful scenery.
